·         New hammers with mahogany moldings shaped and tapered for lighter touch.

·         Hammer voicing: all hammers have been voiced in the Steinway technique.

·         New flanges and shanks back-notched for cleaner strike.

·         New German key tops.

·         All keys re-leveled.

·         All friction points leveled and lubricated.

·         Action regulated for sensitive response.

·         New damper head felt.

·         Damper rail re-bushed with finest felt and refinished.

·         Back action cleaned and lubricated.

·         Dampers timed and regulated.

      This piano has no Teflon or Paraffin saturated parts.

      Tuning has been maintained at A-440 on regular basis.

      Sound board, bridges and pin block are all in excellent condition.
